Angie was nominated for her positive attitude and sense of humor which we’re told is contagious. She once wore a banana costume for Halloween as part of an ongoing joke where she would call out “banana” in meetings whenever discussion would get too far off topic.

Lakeshia never hesitates to improve TruBridge’s early out services. She created a mentorship program that assists the education department in transitioning agents to teams. The mentorship program also allows for current agents to receive support outside of their current teams in one-on-one sessions. Lakeshia also loves to share her knowledge and is more than willing to teach everything that she knows!
