Dare to Explore
Lakeshia Acoff, Team Lead, Customer Service
Lakeshia never hesitates to improve TruBridge’s early out services. She created a mentorship program that assists the education department in transitioning agents to teams. Do The Right Thing
Blue Williams, Product Development, Engineering Consultant
He always does things the right way, even if it takes more time. Never takes a shortcut. I appreciate him for his ‘never say no’ attitude for helping his co-workers. Not only does he make himself available, but he also looks at problems wholistically. He does not do what is best for a single team, but rather looks at the situation as a whole and what is best for all long-term.
Do The Right Thing
Kimberly Webb, Team Lead, Medical Coding
“Kimberly goes above and beyond as a supervisor. If a team member is having a personal emergency, she reaches out to you. She makes you feel seen and not just a number, but an intricate part of the team. As a manager she understands the importance of life commitments and work/life balance. She also is a strong advocate for her team and supports them as best she can. She makes calls on difficult decisions and owns them.”
Embrace the Fun
Angie Greenhill, Scrum Master and Chapter Lead
Angie was nominated for her positive attitude and sense of humor which we’re told is contagious. She once wore a banana costume for Halloween as part of an ongoing joke where she would call out “banana” in meetings whenever discussion would get too far off topic.
Get After Greatness
Walter Clark, Group Lead, Implementation/Project Management
Multiple employees nominated Walter and said that he is the best boss they have ever had. Her nominators said that she consistently goes above and beyond as a leader. Kyle Andrews, Product Development Engineering Consultant
One of his nominators said, “Kyle is the ultimate team player, and not just in his squad. He is always willing to help other EHR developers with troubleshooting advice. He does not shy away from difficult conversations and will jump in to help brainstorm solutions. It has been awesome to see him ‘doing the right thing’ for our company for 30 years!”
Do The Right Thing
Sheryl Beltz, Team Lead, Customer Service in Early Out Services
“Sheryl makes sure that we are always doing what needs to be done and if a mistake was made by her, she comes right back and corrects it herself. Showing her team that we may make mistakes, but always fix it no matter what. She’s been a great role model.”
