Selected candidates undergo interviews to assess their fit for the role and company culture. This is typically two rounds in a virtual setting over webcam.

Offer and Onboarding

Offer and Onboarding

The final candidate receives a job offer, and upon acceptance, the onboarding process begins. Importantly, candidates should know they will not be asked to pay for any equipment or costs related to the hiring process. The company covers these expenses as part of its commitment to a fair hiring experience.
