Application Review
Our recruiting team carefully reviews applications and resumes to identify candidates whose skills and experience align with the role.
Interviews
Selected candidates participate in interviews designed to assess role fit and cultural alignment. Most interviews include two virtual rounds conducted via webcam, allowing for meaningful, flexible conversations.
Offer and Onboarding
Final candidates receive a formal offer, and once accepted, our onboarding process begins. TruBridge will never ask candidates to pay for equipment, background checks, or hiring-related expenses, we cover these costs as part of our commitment to a fair and transparent hiring experience.
