Becky Dolan is a Senior CPT Coding and Regulatory Manager at the American Medical Association. She has been a coding educator for over 15 years and has worked with a variety of specialties. Most recently she was the lead AMA staff person for the CPT Ad-Hoc Maternity Care Services workgroup that was formed at the discretion of the CPT Panel Chair in February of 2025.  Becky managed the multi-specialty workgroup through the code changes that went through the CPT Editorial Panel and were ultimately approved. Currently she is focused on the maternity care services updates for 2027.  

Codi Sailors, Chief Human Resources Officer at Nemaha County Hospital, has worked at the organization for nearly 15 years and has served as CHRO for the past four. She holds a Master of Science in Organizational Management and brings a practical, people-centered approach to leading system transitions and workforce operations in a rural healthcare setting. Her work focuses on aligning technology, compliance, and payroll processes to support both operational efficiency and employee trust. Outside of work, Codi enjoys the gym, spending time outdoors, and life with her family.

Eric Jimenez has over 26 years of experience in information technology and has worked at Artesia General Hospital for more than 12 years. As Chief Information Officer, he leads initiatives to enhance rural healthcare through secure, reliable systems that support patient care and hospital operations. He is highly focused on cybersecurity and safeguarding patient data while promoting innovation. Eric is known for his practical leadership and has been nationally recognized as one of Becker’s Hospital Review CIOs to Know.

Eric is a Medicare law and policy professional and registered lobbyist who represents clients before Congress and administrative agencies. His work focuses on Medicare coverage, coding, reimbursement, and compliance. He primarily counsels hospitals and health systems, ambulatory surgery centers, laboratories, pharmaceutical and medical device organizations, and medical trade associations.

Erin Chytka serves as Chief Ancillary Officer at Cozad Community Hospital. She holds a Master of Healthcare Delivery and a Bachelor of Science in Radiologic Technology from the University of Nebraska Medical Center, along with certification in Diagnostic Medical Sonography. With a background in radiology and informatics, Erin brings a patient-first mindset to healthcare operations and leadership. Raised in a small town, she is passionate about providing high-quality care in rural communities and values teamwork and collaboration in improving patient outcomes.

Janna Sartin, RN, BSN is a Clinical Informatics Nurse at Girard Medical Center. She has 18 years of nursing experience, including the past 15 years in a Critical Access Hospital across a variety of departments, with the most recent 4 years in Clinical Informatics. She supports staff in workflow optimization, documentation standards, issue resolution, workflow education, and reporting alignment within the TruBridge system.

After a state survey identified weaknesses in care plan workflow, Janna conducted an in-depth review of best practices within TruBridge. Implementing those changes significantly improved compliance and strengthened documentation processes, and she is excited to share what was learned.

Jill Hewett is the Director of Medicare Programs and Long-Term Care for Ozarks Community Hospital. Jill spent 17 years working for a private practice, helping it to become the first in Missouri to achieve Primary Care Medical Home (PCMH) status. In 2016 Jill joined OCH and developed the CCM program which now includes over 1,500 patients.

Kristin Montgomery, Health Informatics Leader at John C. Fremont Healthcare District, brings 20 years of experience in ER, Med/Surg, Oncology, and Nursing Education. She specializes in clinical education and informatics training, with a focus on quality reporting, documentation compliance, and safe patient care practices. Kristin has extensive experience developing onboarding programs, new graduate training pathways, and curriculum to support clinical teams. She earned her master’s in Nursing Informatics from Duke University, and combines her informatics and educator experience to improve patient outcomes and staff performance.

Lisa Gilley is a healthcare-focused sales and strategy leader with experience spanning revenue cycle solutions, clinical research operations, and patient‑centered trial support. Her background includes leading sales strategy at McKesson and serving as Senior Manager of Clinical Trials New Business at PCM Trials, a global provider of decentralized and mobile clinical research services. She now drives strategic initiatives at RevSpring, helping healthcare organizations strengthen engagement, streamline operations, and improve outcomes through data‑driven communication solutions.  

Maria Jumawan, RN, BSN, Principal Solution Engineer at Microsoft, works with healthcare organizations to demonstrate the value of Microsoft’s healthcare solutions. She brings extensive experience across clinical care and health IT. Prior to her current role, she supported healthcare applications for providers, nursing, and revenue cycle management at Microsoft, and spent 14 years at Cerner as a Clinical Consultant focused on EHR design, build, and adoption. She also held a clinical informatics role within a large integrated delivery network and has over 14 years of experience as a registered nurse specializing in critical care.  Maria earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Indiana University and resides in Northern Virginia.

Molly Sutherland, Creative Director at Thoughtium, is a designer and strategist who brings ideas to life through visually compelling storytelling. With a background in graphic design, she translates complex ideas into clear, engaging visuals that support leadership development and drive alignment. At Thoughtium, she partners with the team to elevate the brand and create impactful, experience-driven deliverables for leaders and teams.

Nicole, an ICF-Certified Coach with degrees in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and training in mindfulness, creates spaces for growth through reflection, coaching, and peer learning, helping people build resilience, empathy, and intentional connection.

Paul L. Wilder is the Executive Director of CommonWell Health Alliance, where he leads the organization in advancing interoperability services through its nationwide network. With more than two decades of experience in health IT, his work has focused on imaging, clinical informatics, and interoperability. Paul earned his Master of Business Administration from New York University with a concentration in Finance and Operations. He also holds two bachelor’s degrees from the University of Pennsylvania—one in Economics from the College of Arts and Sciences and one in Biomedical Science from the School of Engineering and Applied Science.

Peter Jewell, MD is a distinguished family medicine physician with over 13 years of experience providing comprehensive healthcare to patients in southeast New Mexico. He earned his Bachelor of Arts from Columbia College and his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine, followed by a residency at the University of New Mexico. Dr. Jewell practices at Artesia General Hospital, where he is dedicated to delivering personalized, compassionate care to patients of all ages, welcoming children, adolescents, and adults, and ensuring each patient receives the attention and support they deserve.

Pedram, CEO and Founder of Escher Health, is a technology innovator focused on human-centered automation to improve access to care, particularly for underserved communities. He also serves as a course instructor at Stanford for “Innovating with Underserved Communities using Biodesign.”

Pedram holds both an MD and a PhD and earned his undergraduate engineering degree magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania. He also completed a Stanford Biodesign Fellowship. He grew up in New Jersey and enjoys tennis and billiards.

Raylene oversees the Critical Access Hospital and Nursing Home, providing executive leadership to nursing and clinical departments to ensure safe, evidence-based care and provide optimal patient outcomes.  Her expertise spans acute care nursing, nursing leadership, community health, and instructing.  With over 19 years of experience, she has devoted herself to improving rural access to healthcare, including community health nursing, nursing instruction, Medical-Surgical, ICU, and Emergency Department.

Sara Kress is Healthcare IT System Administrator at Community Memorial Healthcare, Inc., where she has spent the past 22 years driving technology initiatives that support patient care. With most of her career rooted in IT, she has developed expertise in optimizing and supporting the organization’s Electronic Health Record system. She partners closely with clinical and operational teams to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and ensure technology supports those on the front lines. She is passionate about building reliable, practical solutions that make a difference.

Steve Mok, PharmD, MBA, is the Associate Director of Pharmacy Consulting at Wolters Kluwer, where he focuses on applying emerging technologies to advance pharmacy practice. With more than 20 years of experience, his work has centered on antimicrobial stewardship, pharmacy leadership, and medication safety across a variety of health systems. He earned his Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Pittsburgh and a Master of Business Administration from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Dr. Mok is board certified in Infectious Diseases and Pharmacotherapy.

Sydney Wemple overseeing nursing operations for the Critical Access Hospital and Nursing Home, focusing on providing leadership to nursing and clinical teams, quality improvement, and the delivery of safe, evidence-based patient care.  Her expertise spans acute care nursing, clinical informatics, and education.  With over 7 years of experience, she has worked across urban and rural healthcare settings, finding a love for rural healthcare, including Infection Prevention, Labor & Delivery, Postpartum/Nursery, and Emergency Department.

Tabitha Webb is Director of Human Resources at Monroe County Hospital, where she brings 18 years of experience in human resource leadership. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management and specializes in developing strategic initiatives to attract, hire, and retain healthcare talent, including workforce planning and succession strategies. She is passionate about building strong teams that support organizational performance and quality patient care.

Jasmaine McClain, PhD, serves as Executive Director of the Health Impact Alliance at The Health Management Academy, where she leads a research-backed collaborative of leading health systems focused on advancing efficient, equitable patient care. Previously, she led quality improvement and implementation science initiatives at Avalere Health and research on consumer journey mapping and virtual care adoption at Advisory Board. She holds a PhD in Cancer Biology and an MS in Medicine from Stanford University School of Medicine.

Jose Gurrola, MHA, is the Chief Operating Officer at Artesia General Hospital, bringing over a decade of New Mexico healthcare leadership in strategic growth, regulatory compliance, and patient safety. With a background in inpatient & outpatient services, he offers a “ground-up” perspective on clinical operations and holds a Master of Health Administration from Ohio University.

Keith J. Mueller is Gerhard Hartman Professor in Health Management and Policy, College of Public Health at the University of Iowa. He is the Director of the Rural Policy Research Institute (RUPRI) and a past President of the National Rural Health Association. He has served on numerous advisory committees to federal agencies and has published more than 300 scholarly articles and policy papers. He has provided testimony on rural health to the U.S. Senate Finance Committee in 2019 and 2024.

Stephanie Bernardes is Vice President of Health Policy and Strategy at The Health Management Academy, advising health system executives on policy and regulatory strategy to drive growth and competitiveness. Her expertise spans Medicare and Medicaid payment policy, hospital and physician reimbursement reform, value-based care, medical liability, and health information technology. Previously, she served as a federal lobbyist for the American Association of Orthopaedic Surgeons. She holds an MPH in health policy from The George Washington University.

Patrick Lanier is President of The Health Management Academy, leading its Research, Policy, and Innovation Partnership divisions, along with Finance, Strategy, and New Product Development. He works closely with top U.S. health systems and serves as Faculty for the Academy GE Fellows Program. He also oversees the Academy’s COVID Research Center. Previously, he spent 18 years at the Advisory Board Company in executive roles, including leading Strategy and New Product Development. He began his career in clinical research in the Department of Neurosciences at Duke University. 

Chris Fowler joined TruBridge in 2000 and worked in various roles until 2008, when he became VP of Business Services. In 2013, this division became TruBridge, LLC, where he became President. He was later appointed TruBridge’s COO in 2015. In 2022, Chris became President and CEO, also joining CPSI’s Board of Directors. He holds a BS in Marketing from Auburn University. 

David Harse, General Manager of our Patient Care business unit, joined TruBridge in 2022. Previously, David worked as a senior-level leader at Healthmark and over 20 years in various roles with the EHR business at Cerner. Proficient in healthcare information technology and services industry, he is skilled in healthcare consumerism, performance improvement, business development, and strategy. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Southern Methodist University.

Merideth Wilson joined the TruBridge team in 2025 as General Manager of our Financial Health business unit. She came to us with over 25 years in healthcare technology leadership experience, most recently serving as Executive Vice President and General Manager at Experian. She is an accomplished healthcare technology and services executive with extensive RCM and global experience. Merideth received her Bachelor of Business Administration from Baylor University and her MBA from Mercer University.

Michael (Mike) Daughton joined TruBridge in 2025, bringing over 25 years of leadership in healthcare solutions. He combines strategic vision with client-focused execution to drive growth, innovation, and enterprise value. At TruBridge, Mike is strengthening the company’s position as the partner of choice for rural and community healthcare, supporting organizations in sustaining local care and financial stability. He previously held senior commercial roles at Optum, M*Modal, and EnableComp and holds a BS from Minnesota State University and his MBA from Texas Christian University.

Amy Judice, Revenue Cycle Optimization Advisor, TruBridge, brings 34 years of experience in the healthcare revenue cycle arena and has been with TruBridge for 7½ years. During that time, she has served as Director of Business Services; Director of Education, Compliance, Quality & Optimization; and Director of Compliance for Medical Billing and Coding. She now specializes in assisting Central Business Office clients with TBEHR table maintenance to optimize revenue in a compliant manner.

Amy Larsson is a strategic and collaborative executive with deep experience leading healthcare business operations and product management across complex billing and claims payer platforms. With a diverse background across healthcare, Amy serves as trusted advisor to key stakeholders and large healthcare organizations to align cross-functional teams. She joined TruBridge as Vice President of the TruBridge Encoder in July of 2023 and has a Master of Business Administration from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Rutgers University.

Jason Coffin, CHFP, CRCE, is the Head of RCM Operations at TruBridge and brings over 25 years of experience in healthcare and financial services. His expertise includes management of hospital business offices, patient collections, systems integration, process improvement, and relationship management. Jason joined TruBridge in 2022 through the acquisition of HRG, where he served as Chief Operating Officer. He is a veteran who served 8 years in the United States Navy.

Jennifer Knawa is the current director of the TruBridge RCM operations team. She has both a law degree and Masters of Health Administration from St. Louis University. Over the past 13 years with TruBridge, she has worked extensively in the Contract Management and Patient Liability Estimate tools but has been involved in all areas of the TruBridge RCM product suite.

Jeremiah Rothschild is the Senior Vice President Strategy & Partnerships, TruBrudhe He has over 20 years of experience at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and financial services. His career began in strategic advisory and management consulting, and he has previously held management and executive leadership roles at IBM, Gartner, McKesson Nuance, and ClearBalance Healthcare.

Jill Johnson, Technical Training Advocate for Learning within the F&A Unit at TruBridge, brings over 20 years of experience with Revenue Cycle applications within the TruBridge EHR software. Her work focuses on training and supporting users in Revenue Cycle applications. Lauren Williamson, Product Owner in Product Strategy at TruBridge, focuses on advancing Order Management. She brings over 14 years of experience at TruBridge spanning product implementation, customer support operations, and product strategy, with a focus on supporting interconnected applications and clinical workflows. She has over 35 years of experience in the medical coding field as a coder, auditor, trainer, educator, author, technical editor, and entrepreneur. She is the author of the Single Path Coder Upskilling Toolkit, a reference guide for designing in-house training curricula.

Lynn Schnobrich, Product Owner at TruBridge, specializes in Patient Engagement applications with primary expertise in Patient Connect. She brings over 37 years of healthcare operations experience across Scheduling, Patient Registration, Charging, Coding, Abstracting, and Patient Billing. Her background includes guiding product strategy and development with an understanding of real-world workflows and client needs.

Nick Widboom, MBA, Vice President of the RCM Product Suite at TruBridge , brings over 20 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle software, including 16 years leading the development and operations of SaaS applications. Nina has worked in the Healthcare industry since she was 15, starting as a runner in registration through a school co-op program.  She worked her way through every position in the business office which led her to the Financial Health Division at TruBridge in 2000.  She has had many roles and has worn many hats but landed 2 years ago as the Technical Lead for Early Out Services.  She has a passion for trying to figure out how something works and make it better.

Samantha Speer is the Product Strategy Lead at TruBridge, where she oversees Patient Care Strategic Partnerships and Patient Engagement Product Strategy. She focuses on advancing patient engagement and product strategies that help TruBridge clients deliver more connected, effective care. In her role, Samantha partners with clients and cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with clinical, operational, and patient experience needs, while also leading the operational execution of Strategic Partnerships to ensure client adoption and success.

A long time advocate for the HIM profession, Stacey is a Past President of the Alabama Health Information Management Association (AAHIM) and has served in multiple state level leadership roles supporting workforce development, standards, and education.

Stephanie Revering has nearly 30 years of revenue cycle experience spanning home health, DME, and acute hospital environments. She has spent the last 12 years working in clearinghouse operations, including EDI, eligibility, claim scrubbing and submission, claim status, and remittance management. In 2023, she began developing TruBridge RCM’s optimization department to improve software performance and customer use.

Stephanie St. Andrie has clinical experience in nursing at both a Level I trauma center and a community hospital. She has worked at TruBridge for over 25 years with an emphasis on developing clinical applications for clinicians. She currently serves as a Product Owner in Product Development and has experience in clinical support, implementation, management, and sales content services.

Todd Guthrey is a Department Lead at TruBridge, where he focuses on providing healthcare solutions and services that support community hospitals, clinics, and healthcare organizations. His expertise spans business development, EHR support, and managed services. With over 25 years of experience, he has worked across multiple EHR platforms, emphasizing client success, EHR adoption, and value realization.
