He has guided clients through Medicare and Medicaid issues and previously worked for US Representative Charlie Norwood and Senator Chuck Grassley, contributing to major health legislation. For 20 years, Rodney has also taught at George Washington University, shaping the careers of many students.

Debbie is a health policy expert with over 30 years of experience. She helps clients navigate policy changes, execute payment strategies, and advocate effectively.
Debbie spent 24 years as a Congressional staffer, including roles as Chief of Staff to US Rep. Pete Stark and as a key contributor to Medicare and Affordable Care Act legislation.
She later helped establish and operate DC Health Link, Washington, DC’s health insurance exchange, working with stakeholders and government officials at all levels.
